A successful project for industrial equipment handle grip over molding tool
This is 2 sets of over molding tool BING MOLD LIMITED built for industrial equipment mold handle grip, the first shot hard material is PA-GF30 and second shot over molding material is blue TPE, part weight is totally 293g+52g, the mould size is 396*596*480mm & 346*496*420mm, the mold weight is 854kg & 600kg. The build time is 7 weeks and after the 3rd trial the customer approve the mold.
The mold applies Hasco standard. Injection scheme is cold runner sub-gate. Over molding the part with two separated mold, 1st mold create the handle body and secondly put the body into the 2nd mold to do the over molding, This is one of our successful projects we have done.
