1. about inquiries:

Within 1-3 working days, we shall be able to provide you our quotes usually. Please provide us 3D or 2D ( if both will be better of course) part drawings together with below information:

--  cavity number

--  material to be used on the parts

-- mold life you require

-- surface treatment

-- if you can specify the steel to be using, it will be better; or we can advise proper steel based on your requirements

2. Meanwhile, we have our own professional engineering team to help customers analyzing the projects by providing professional engineering technique mainly from tooling aspect

3. About PO

Trust you’d be happy with our factory and quotes. You can send your PO either by email or by fax.

4. About project management

After PO received, we’d assign a professional project manager to take charge of the project from the very beginning of the project.

Procedure of project management:

A)  project analyzing meeting hosted by project manager with attendance of all the relevant people from design to tooling. In the meeting, we’d analyze the part structure/configuration, mold structure/configuration, mold flow analysis, etc.

B)  After the meeting, we’d provide a very detailed DFM to our cutomers. In the DFM the potential risk will be stated, together with our suggestions to improve.

C) As time as DFM are approved, we’d start mold designing. Usually this will take us around 3 days to finish. After the 2D pre-design is internally double checked, we’d provide it to customer for approval

D) When the 2D mold design is approved, we can start order steel & mold-base, making 3D mold design at the same time. In around 3 working days, a completed 3D mold design will be available to send to customer for your check/approval.

E) Meanwhile, CNC engineers will start programming; also 3D mold drawing will be converted to 2D drawing with all the manufacturing parts for mold-assembly, all the dimensions are marked. Our tooling people will tool the parts according to those dimensions, also this will be the basis for our QC & IPQC will checking dimensions during all the project

F) A planning tooling schedule will be provided to our customer when mold design is approved. Weekly processing reports with pictures will be provided every week.

G) First mold test: we’d make pictures and videos during the trial, molding parameter will be kept. After sending out the samples, we’d provide sample inspection report within 3-5days so that when customer received the samples, the can check them with inspection report in hand.

H) Meanwhile, we’d do internal checking work on the mold according to the FOT results.

 I)  If FOT samples are approved, we’d do finishing job according to our internal checking results and add the mold-surface finish work (say polish or texture…); if not, we’d do improving job base on both the internal checking results and customer’s feedback about FOT samples; will do mold test again sample procedure like FOT.

J)  Usually molds can be shipped in less than 3 mold-trials if they are for exporting.

K) Before shipping the mold, we will make final mold test (at lest 2-3 hours running) to make sure mold function is good; also we’d disassemble the mold and check closely, every components including screws are to be examined to make sure every parts are in good condition; all these components pictures will be sent together with the mold when shipping

L) All the final part drawings, 2D & 3D mold drawings, mold testing reports, mold checking report, final sample report, relevant prints, steel certificates, heat-treatment certificates, mold manual, will be put into box to ship together with the mold

M) Molds will be painted with clear W40 anti-rust oil and vacuumly packed in safe transportation box

N) In case molds are to be kept production in our location, we’d make sure keep the molds always in good condition as time as we got your production PO, it is ready to produce strictly abide to ISO9001:2008 system.
