BING MOLD  LIMITED employs a project "team" and "Little John Wayne" organization in which the Project Manager is responsible for the project from the initial discussions with customer representatives until the project is successfully commissioned in production. Our well-trained project managers have extensive experience in the mold making industry along with have excellent communication skills and organizational capabilities. They are qualified to be the coordinator for all project activities and have the responsibility to ensure the success of each project. We call them the "Little John Wayne".

The members in the "Project Team" include Sales Manager, Quote Engineer, Project Engineer/Manager, Designer/Design Manager, CNC programmer, Mould Assembly staff, QC engineer, Purchaser, Mold trial Engineer and Shipping Specialist. The Project Manager coordinates the tasks between these departments in a controlled manner in order to complete the project as efficiently as possible. The Project Manager also controls the sourcing of bought in components and the activities of subcontractors to help assure the project is finished on time.

After years of experience, our "Little John Wayne " project management philosophy has matured into and highly efficient system and led to the successful completion of more than 1000 projects.
